Placing an order: To place an order, submit your name and phone number via the order form. This constitutes an expression of interest, not a binding contract.

Confirmation: A member of our team will call you to confirm your order details. A binding contract of sale is formed at the point of confirmation during this call.

Pricing: All prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) including GST where applicable. The price at time of order confirmation applies.

Payment: Payment is made exclusively on delivery - cash or card (Visa/Mastercard) to the courier. No online payment is collected. No prepayment is required at any point.

Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel your order at no cost at any time before the order is dispatched, by notifying us during the confirmation call or by emailing us. You may also decline to accept the parcel on delivery, which will automatically cancel the order.
